Perks of Hiring a Former Teacher as your Family Photographer

Before finding my calling as a family photographer, I was a preschool teacher and I got my degree in Early Childhood Development. It’s no secret that I have always loved to be around kids and that I know a few tricks on how to make things fun and interesting for the little ones. Not to mention, I am also a mama to a very sweet and sassy toddler. Childhood Development has always fascinated me and I love learning about how those little brains work. In fact, while I was pregnant, I read up on each stage of her development and haven't stopped since. It’s so interesting to see how my knowledge on this topic impacts how I parent and in turn, how she responds to research based methods. This all not only helps me with being a mom, but I apply it to my photography style.
